Hal Gausman
Hal Gausman was an American set decorator. He was nominated for five Academy Awards in the category Best Art Direction.
Gausman was born in Los Angeles, California in 1917 to Harvey Elwood Gausman and his wife, Maude F. Coffy. He was the younger brother to Harvey Elwood Gausman, Jr. . He married in 1947, and moved to Oxnard, in Ventura County, California.
