Heggra

Heggra is a fictional character, an extraterrestrial monarch and supervillain in publications from DC Comics. The character first appeared in New Gods volume7 , and was created by Jack Kirby.

Sulis peaceful nature displeases Heggra, who then had Desaad, the chief torturer , kill the woman. She is forced to threaten Desaads life in order to have the task done. Heggra forced Darkseid to marry Tigra, whom she admired for her hottempered nature. Darkseid goes through with this despite hating Tigra Heggras grandson Orion is born as a result.
