Hiroaki Nakanishi
Hiroaki Nakanishi is a Japanese businessman and the current chief executive officer of Hitachi, a Japanese multinational electronics and engineering conglomerate. He became the 10th president of Hitachi in 2010, and in 2014, he assumed the position of the CEO. He also serves as chairman of the Compensation Committee and generalmanager of the PostEarthquake Reconstruction amp Redevelopment Division.
Nakanishi was born in Yokohama, Japan. He attended the University of Tokyo, receiving a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering in 1970. He later attended Stanford University, receiving a Masters degree in computer engineering in 1979.
