Honor%C3%A9 Mercier Jr.
Honor Mercier, Jr. was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Quebec and the son of Honor Mercier, former Premier of Quebec and father of Honor Mercier III.
Mercier was born in SaintHyacinthe, Quebec and attended Collge SainteMarie and Universit Laval law school. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1900 and became a KC in 1913.
