Horace SeelyBrown III Rosalie SeelyBrown Parker
SeelyBrown was born in Kensington, Maryland. He attended the public schools of Hoosick, New York and graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York in 1929. He was a student at Yale University in 1929 and 1930. He married Rosalie Hicks and they had two daughters, Rosalie SeelyBrown Parker, and Constance SeellyBrown McClellan as well as a son, Horace SeelyBrown III.
