Ibrahim B. Syed

Dr.Ibrahim Bijli Syed is an American Muslim and radiologist. He was born in Bellary, Karnataka, the son of Mumtaz Begum and B. Syed Ahmed. Syed is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Ibrahim Bijli Syed was born in Bellary, India to Mumtaz Begum and Bijli Syed Ahmed, who had served the Police Department foryears in Bellary District and retired as SubInspector of Police . Ibrahim Syeds paternal grandfather, Syed Peeran also served in the Police Department and retired as a Station House Officer in Bellary.
