Ibrahim al Qosi
Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud al Qosi is a Sudanese citizen and convicted paymaster for alQaida. He was captured in December, 2001 in Afghanistan. Qosi was held since January 2002 in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba. His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number is 54.
Ibrahim Al Qosi was born in 1960 in Khartoum, Sudan. He has a brother named Abdullah. He is married to one of Abdullah Tabaraks daughters, and has two daughters.
