Irene of Lesvos

St. Irene the Newly Appeared Martyr of Lesvos is an Eastern Orthodox saint martyred by Turkish soldiers with her companions Sts. Raphael and Nicholas on Bright Tuesday of 1463, a decade after the Fall of Constantinople.
