Cyril Duval , working under the fictional alterego brand name item idem, is an artist and designer, producing work situated within the intersection of conceptual practices, visual communication, industrial design, marketingbranding, amp public art. Duvals work has been exhibited at Centre Georges Pompidou , Garage Center for Contemporary Culture , MoMA PS1 , Mori Art Museum , Palais de Tokyo , Performa, Frieze Art Fair , NADA Art Fair , amp the New Museum among others. He is also the founding member amp copresident of Shanzhai Biennial, amp has been appointed Special Projects Coordinator at Flash Art International in December 2015.
