James P. Liautaud

Jim Liautaud was the creator of PDT and the SEMCO Approach for optimizing team performance. Findings from his research have been published in the Journal of Management Development, often headlined in the Emotional Intelligence Consortiums web page, and featured in the best seller, Extraordinary Leadership. The Liautaud Institute has been ranked as one of the topExecutive Education classes along Northwestern , MIT , Columbia , Georgetown , Stanford , New York University , University of Michigan and University of Pennsylvania . The Institute has been Cover Storied by Leadership Excellence and featured in Time Magazine. He created PDTU, a less rigorous program, as a process directed Emotional Intelligence graduate credit course for the University of Illinois at Chicago and DePaul University
