Jeffree David Jeff Withey is an American professional basketball player for the Utah Jazz of the National Basketball Association . He played college basketball for the University of Kansas where he became known for his shotblocking ability and his defensive presence. He was drafted 39th overall in the 2013 NBA draft by the Portland Trail Blazers.
