Ji Dienstbier Jr. is Czech Minister for Human rights, equal opportunities and legislation, Czech Senator, former Deputy Chairman of the Czech Social Democratic Party, attorneyatlaw, and a former shadow minister of Justice. In March 2011, he won the byelection for the Kladno constituency to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, and received the mandate that became vacant after the death of his father.
