Kalaranjini

Kalaranjini is an Indian actress and classical dancer who started her career in the early 1980s. She is the elder sister of actress Urvashi and actress Kalpana. She was a successful heroine of the 1980s and has lately been appearing in Television serials including Daya, Velankanni Mathavu, Devimahatymam, Kumkumappoovu etc.

Kalaranjini born to Theater artists Chavara V.P.Nair and Vijayalakshmi. She hasyounger sisters Urvashi, Kalpana. Her two brothers Kamal Roy and Prince, died at the age ofandrespectively. She is a divorcee and has a son, Prince.
