Khokababu

Khokababu is a romantic comedy Bengali film directed by Shankar Aiyya. The films title flows on Devs popular song of Shedin Dekha Hoyechilo, which was released in 2010. The film stars Dev, Subhashree Ganguly, Ferdous, Laboni Sarkar, Biswajit Chakraborty in the lead roles. This film is a remake of a Telugu film, Dhee.

Khokababu collected Rs 15million from its music release and 20million from the satellite rights before its release. After that it opened as a thunderous hit in the Bengal theatres and in the first day it collected 3million. It collected approxmillion in 100 days and stood as the 3thclarification needed month and one of the highest grossing movie of Tollywood Bengali in 2012. It has made the 3rd highest weekend collection in Bengal.Khokababu opened with positive reviews from the critics. Gomolo.com gave itsaying Viewers will not be disappointed at all with Khokababu which is a complete masala film with all the necessary ingredients in it. Subham Bhattacharyya, the Tollywood movies information, collection and ratings giver gave it 710 saying Its a pure entertainment. We all can enjoy the film as per sure no time to bore. The Times of India also gave it 35. Burrp gave it 45 stars saying It is a very good movie to watch, it is complete paisa wasool, with solid comedy, stylish action sequences, good music,and great location.citation needed ........
