Lai In jaw

Lai Injaw is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the former President of the Judicial Yuan as well as Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of China. He was the senior advisor to President Chen ShuiBian for a short time before taking his position in Judicial Yuan.

Lai was born in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County, Taiwan. He went to read law in the night school division of National Chung Hsing University after graduating from Taiwan Provincial Ilan School of Agriculture and Forestry . After finishing his study in 1973, Lai proceeded to the National Taiwan University and completed a masters degree in law in 1976.
