Lolo Letalu Matalasi Moliga is an American Samoan politician, former educator, businessman, and former President of the Development Bank of American Samoa from 2009 to 2012. Moliga was elected Governor of American Samoa in the 2012 gubernatorial election.
Moliga was born in Tau, Manua, American Samoa. His father was High Chief Moliga Saena Auauna Moliga, who was from Tau. His mother, Soalii Galeai, was a native of both Fitiuta and Olosega. He attended Papatea Junior Elementary and attended Samoana High School before graduating from Manua High School. Moliga holds a bachelors degree in education from Chadron State College in the U.S. state of Nebraska. He received a masters degree in public administration from San Diego State University on July 30, 2012.
