Loy Allen, Jr.
Loy Allen Jr. , is an American professional stock car racing driver. A former competitor in the NASCAR Winston Cup and Busch Series, he found his best results in the ARCA series, with a win at Atlanta Motor Speedway in 1992 and two secondplace finishes at Talladega and Daytona in 1993.
