Lucien Young
Lucien Young was an admiral of the United States Navy. His activeduty career included service in the SpanishAmerican War.
Young was born in Lexington, Kentucky, onMarch 1852. He was appointed a midshipman onJune 1869 and served in the practice ships Dale, Savannah, and Constellation before graduating from the United States Naval Academy onMay 1873.
