Manuel de Regla Mota
Manuel de Regla Mota y lvarez was a Dominican military figure and politician. He served as the 5th president of the Dominican Republic from May 26, 1856 until October 8, 1856. Prior to that he served as the countrys vice president under Pedro Santana.
