Marie Anne de Bourbon (1697%E2%80%931741)


Marie Anne de Bourbon was a French noblewoman, the daughter of Louis III, Prince of Cond. Her father was the grandson of le Grand Cond and her mother, Louise Franoise de Bourbon, Mademoiselle de Nantes, was the eldest surviving daughter of Louis XIV of France and his matresseentitre, Madame de Montespan. She was known as Mademoiselle de Clermont.

She was born at the Htel de Cond in Paris and was baptised there onAugust 1700. Marie Anne also shared her name with an aunt, Marie Anne, who became the Duchess of Vendme after her marriage to Louis Joseph, Duke of Vendme in 1710.
