Mario Kassar
Mario F. Kassar is a Lebanese film producer and industry executive whose projects are frequently in association with Andrew G. Vajna. He founded Carolco Pictures, which produced many blockbuster movies. Many films he has produced have gone on to gross over 250,000,000 worldwide at the box office.
Kassar was born on October 10, 1951 in Beirut, Lebanon. Like him, his father was also an independent movie producer. Kassar is of Lebanese and Italian descent.
