Monsters Crash the Pajama Party

Monsters Crash the Pajama Party is an American horror film from 1965. It is about a group of teenagers in a haunted house that happens to be the headquarters of a laboratory used by a mad doctor who attempts to transform them all into gorillas. During its original theatrical release, actors would venture out into the seats in costumes as though they were the monsters coming out of the movie screen, similar to The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became MixedUp Zombies.

It is at this point during the original theatrical run of the film that actors dressed as the monsters from the movie would wander about the theatre seats to scare people, however lightly. The actors often wanted to seem comically spooky rather than actually scary.Monsters Crash the Pajama Party was released on DVD by Something Weird Video in September 2007. The DVD was positively received due to its visuallyinteresting cover, extensive menus, and abundance of short horror films and clips. James Rolfe reviewed the film and its DVD in his third Monster Madness marathon. He enjoyed the DVDs features, saying that watching and looking around the different films and menus on the DVD was great and fun to do on Halloween. He did say, however, that the 3D glasses included were mediocre due to the lack of an ability to actually wear them, and that the 3D film itself that the glasses were made for doesnt work well at all. ........
