Natascha Engel
Natascha Engel is a British Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament for North East Derbyshire since 2005. She has extensive involvement in the trade union movement and is currently Second Deputy Chair of Ways and Means . For her work in Parliament she was awarded Parliamentarian of the Year in 2013 by the Political Studies Association.
Natascha Engel was born in Berlin, Germany to a German father and an English mother. After her parents divorce, she moved with her mother to Kent, and was educated at Kent College, Canterbury and The Kings School, Canterbury.
