Neville Elliott Cooper

LieutenantColonel Neville Bowes ElliottCooper VC DSO MC was an English recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.

ElliottCooper was born in January 1889 in London, the youngest son of Sir Robert ElliottCooper, K.C.B. He was educated at Eton and the Royal Military College, Sandhurst.
