Panas Lyubchenko
Panas Petrovych Lyubchenko was a Ukrainian and Soviet politician, who served as the Chairman of the Council of Peoples Commissars of Ukrainian SSR from 1934 to 1937.
Oleksandr Liashko was born in a peasant family in a town of Kagarlik, Kiev region.
