Paul Michael Stephani

Paul Michael Stephani was an American serial killer. He was also known as the WeepyVoiced Killer due to a series of telephone calls he made to police, anonymously reporting his crimes in a distraught and highpitched voice. Stephani killed four women in the MinneapolisSaint Paul area.
