Peter Jones (admiral)
Vice Admiral Peter David Jones AO, DSC, RAN is a retired senior officer in the Royal Australian Navy , who served as the Chief Capability Development Group from 2011 until his retirement in October 2014. He was succeeded as CCDG by Lieutenant General John Caligari.
Peter Jones was born in Sydney, New South Wales, to Patricia Jane and Lloyd Arthur Jones onDecember 1957. He wed Rhonda Leona Payget onMarch 1989, with whom he has two sons.
