Pierluigi Oliverio

Pierluigi Oliverio is the Districtrepresentative on the San Jose City Council. He was sworn in on March 20, 2007. Pierluigi grew up in San Jose attending K12 public schools, and obtained his BA and Teaching Credential from San Jose State University. Prior to being elected to the San Jose City Council Pierluigi worked in the semiconductor and software industry. Districtis home to dynamic and active areas as the Lincoln Avenue business district, The Alameda business district, West San Carlos business district, San Jose Municipal Rose Garden, Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, Billy DeFrank Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center, Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Center.
