Ruby and Oswald is a 1978 made for television film about the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy. It stars Michael Lerner and Frederic Forrest.
Dallas Police Detective Jim Leavelle made a brief cameo appearance playing himself in the scene where Ruby shoots Oswald.
