Ti oky pro Popelku German Drei Haselnsse fr Aschenbrdel , English Three Nuts for Cinderella, Three Gifts for Cinderella UK title and Three Wishes for Cinderella is a CzechoslovakEast German fairytale film from 1973.
The film stars Libue afrnkov as the title character, a young woman who is put upon by her stepmother and stepsister. The film employs a twist, though, when a handsome prince comes knocking. Cinderella does not simply fall into the princes arms. In this version, he must actively pursue the young woman who is a skilled sharpshooter prone to wearing hunting outfits. Cinderella also has three wishes at her disposal, gained from three magic nuts.With the financial and technical support from Norway and the Norwegian authorities the Czech film archive and the National Library in Mo i Rana, the film Ti oky pro Popelku will be digitalized, restored, and get modern image quality. The project is financed through the EEA and Norway Grants which represent Norways contribution to social and economic Cohesion in The European Economic Area EEA. Norway has granted just under 7.5 million NOK for efforts to digitize ten older Czech films. It will most likely be ready for Christmas 2015. ........
